Should I make a reservation?

Yes, we recommend making reservations in advance. We can take walk-ins but that depends on availability. You can purchase your tickets by clicking the Book Now button at the top of the page. 

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Tours begin promptly and you do not want to be left behind! Allow ample time to find parking and restroom breaks. 

Do I need to check in?

Yes. You may check in at Mysterium Escape Adventure which is located at 743 West King Street. You will receive your ticket that must be presented to your tour guide. Mysterium is located directly next to the tour meeting location. 

What if I am late for the tour?

 If you are late then you can try to find the tour. Your welcome to drop by Mysterium Escape Adventure and we can point you in the right direction. Considering the nature of the tour we may not know the exact location of the group. 

What if it rains or snows?

Even ghosts can be scared away by Boone weather at times. If we have heavy rain or even snow then the tour will be cancelled and you can either request a refund or reschedule for another day.

Also, be prepared for cooler weather. This time of the year it can get chilly, especially when our stories send chills up your spine. Walking shoes are definitely a must have as well.

What is your refund policy?

You may cancel or reschedule your ticket(s) and receive a full refund 24 hours before your tour. Due to the nature of the tour we are unable to refund or reschedule tickets the day of the event.
